Project Study

We receive your project’s existing docs First. Briefing is concluded as all vague angles and necessary questions are addressed. We analyze the scope of work and propose a suitable mechanism forward. Hourly plan is best when there is one or a limited, occasional number of projects to tend to; but Fortnight plan is essentially developed to handle a regular number of projects, or one big project. You can learn more at our Plans page.

2

Agreement + Payment No.1

We discuss the following in our shared terms of agreement: • the type of ROSSO service(s) you receive • the duration and scope your projects need the service (based on your plan) • the revision structure with which edits are addressed (in Hourly plan) We officially start once these terms are mutually signed and part of the estimated net fee is settled as down payment (for specifics, please check our Plans).

3

During Service

Each ROSSO Service has a unified committee of experts that monitors everything and ensures continuity of quality and precision of implementation throughout the process. Their analysis is graphed and presented at the end in a Turnaround Report. To learn how your project is handled in a Fortnight or Hourly plan, please check our Plans.

4

Report + Payment No.2

A full turnaround report is issued at the end of our cooperation, once all deliverables are submitted and approved. It displays an elaborate record of our team’s activity on each project. Moreover, it cross-references your daily use of our service with each project’s turnaround; suggesting how much time is exactly spent to develop a given project on each day of the contract. Please check our Plans to find out how bill settlement exactly works in an Hourly or a Fortnight plan.

FAQ

How to get a quote for my project(s)?

We examine your project’s existing docs and come up with a turnaround and cost estimate ASAP. Just fill us in with your inquiry at our Contact page to reach out to us and quickly get a quote.

You can also press the
instant call icon at the bottom right of the screen and submit your contact info. Our representatives will call you shortly and hear your description of the project in person.

Where are you based? And where is your team located?

ROSSO is based in Copenhagen, Denmark. However, all our teams are located and centered in East Asia. Each ROSSO service is backed by a studio of experts in our Asian headquarters. We operate from 6 AM to 9 PM, Central European Time. (first light till 3 PM EST)

Does ROSSO know building, zoning, planning codes essential to my project?

We have been recurrently working by national and state-wide codes adopted in the US, Canada, UK, and the ones binding across the European Union states.

Our CAD and BIM monitoring conductors are registered ICC architects and closely supervise adherence to the structural, building, safety, sustainability, and planning regulations.

Furthermore, any particular building, zoning, and planning code of your subject region is fully dialoged at the briefing stage and will be adopted throughout your project.

However, we do not take account for design decisions and assume you as the client, with that prerogative.

How to make my mind between Hourly and Fortnight plans?

Hourly plan is best when there is one or a limited, occasional number of projects or tasks at hand; but Fortnight plan is essentially developed to handle a regular number of projects, or a big, extended project.

If you’d like a deeper dialogue with our specialists regarding our plans, please contact us or have us call you through the prompt call option at the bottom right of this page;

You can also call us at ********.

How to contact the team that is working on my project?

Big or small, the team that works on your project will be headed by a Project Manager. You will be in direct contact with him/her during the entire timeline of our collaboration.

Communication channels would be email, phone calls during our business hours, and an online board where all your team’s questions, solutions, and updates are presented and thoroughly discussed.

How do you manage unexpected changes throughout the project?

Impromptu changes along the way will be treated like all other new entries. Once all angles are quickly addressed over a briefing, they will be carried out all the same.

Extra charges may apply if the new changes surpass your project’s initially defined scope.

What payment methods do you offer?

We do all our transactions through PayPal.

It allows bill settlement by various methods of your choosing, including a bank account, debit or credit cards, PayPal Credit, PayPal Cash, and rewards balance.

Reimbursement of any kind will be followed by the method of your original payment.

How do you conduct delivery and communication with different time zones?

We are fully operational from 6 AM to 9 PM CET (Central European Time). That means day-long contact with clients in Europe and the ones on the East Coast.

However, toward the West Coast of the Americas, Australia, and all the way around in Asia, we have work time overlap enough for meetings and bouts of close contact. For these regions we effectively double the throughput by picking up the work just as our clients call it a day.

I have a lot of projects like this; can I get a fixed price for each one?

Probably not right away. It usually takes a bit of a learning curve to reach a true fixed price.

We initially treat each project separately along with all probable editing segues; possibly subject to extra fees.

Once a dependable routine is established (and it is sooner than you’d think), a fixed price can be developed for each class of project in your pipeline.

What is ROSSO’s role?

We are a design support group; with no claim on the design itself.

We essentially accompany you along the design process as an expert aid, facilitating articulation and implementation of your project.
